WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR TEST RESULTS
Consult your healthcare provider should you have any questions with regards to your test results. You should not rely on results achieved from using the products, and you should always consult your healthcare provider in all matters relating to your health. Please note that Homedoc does not provide any medical advice. Using the products or medical information from Homedoc is not intended to and do not replace the services, advice, analysis, treatment, or judgement of a licensed, trained healthcare provider nor are they intended to be a substitute for medical advice of a trained healthcare provider.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Once you have placed your order online, delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 working days from date of order. All orders are delivered door to door nationwide at a flat rate of R79.00 per shipment.
EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Please note that we can't accept exchanges 14 days after you have received your parcel. Read our returns and exchange policy for more information and guidance.
CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have placed an order with us and realise shortly after placing your order that you put in the wrong address, misspelled a word or made a mistake with your postal code - don’t stress, we can help!

If you realise the mistake DIRECTLY after placing your order, and the order has not yet been shipped, then our team can help. Please email us urgently on: info@homedoc.co.za
(Scenario B)
If you want to change your address but your order has already been shipped, then you need to reach out to the courier that sent you the shipping details to your email regarding your order. You will have to give them a call and ask them to change your address on their side. We cannot change your address after your order has been shipped.
You will receive the courier contact details in the confirmation email from them.

If you want to change your order but it has already been shipped you can simply log an exchange once you have received the parcel. For details on Exchanging products please click here.

If the item you are looking for isn't on our website we unfortunately don’t stock it anymore.
When are we restocking the items on our website?
Due to high demand some items sell out very fast but we can notify you when we get new stock.
To get notified when an item is back in stock click on the item in the table below. It will take you to that product and then click on “NOTIFY ME”. You will receive an email when it’s back in stock.
