4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

VAT at 15% is included unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

All Products are subject to stock availability.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes

6. Orders and Payment
An order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Ownership of Products remains with Homedoc until full payment is received.

Homedoc is not liable for delays caused by:

You are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct.
For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns, Cooling-Off & CPA Compliance
8.1 CPA Section 44 Cooling-Off (Distance Sales)
In terms of Section 44 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers may cancel certain online purchases within 7 days of delivery.
However, the cooling-off right does not apply to:

Products that have been opened;
-
Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
-
Rapid diagnostic tests, pregnancy tests, ovulation tests, urinalysis strips, and similar screening kits once opened.
If cancellation is valid under CPA, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8.2 CPA Section 56 – Six Month Implied Warranty
In terms of Section 56 of the CPA:
All goods carry a 6-month implied warranty against defects.
If a Product is defective within 6 months of delivery, you may return it for:

Repair

Replacement
-
Refund
at our election in accordance with the CPA.
This does not apply to defects caused by:

Misuse
-
Incorrect storage
-
Failure to follow instructions
-
Normal wear and tear
8.3 Hygiene & Medical Product Policy
Due to the medical and hygienic nature of certain Products:
Opened rapid tests and similar diagnostic kits cannot be returned unless defective.
Medical devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, nebulisers, oximeters) may only be returned if:

Unused;
-
In original sealed packaging;
-
Or defective under CPA provisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including:

Product packaging designs
-
Instruction manuals
-
Text

Graphics

Layouts
are the property of DNX Medical (Pty) Ltd or used under license.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright Act.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not:
