Our Courier Partners

We primarily use Courier Guy and Fastway (among other trusted South African courier services) to deliver your orders.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery falls under their operational control. While we always aim to ensure smooth delivery, Homedoc cannot be held responsible for:

  • Courier delays (including strikes or operational disruptions)

  • Lost or damaged parcels in transit

  • Late deliveries once handed over to the courier

If any issues arise, we will gladly assist in logging a query with the courier on your behalf.
